1. Install CrossLoop CroosLoop is a remote assistance software which allows us to connect to your PC and be able to use your mouse and keyboard. CrossLoop is a secure and safe application provided by www.crossloop.com which asks for your permission before allowing access when and to whom you give access to. This allows our engineers to access your PC remotely while keeping unwanted prying eyes away. Start by following on the link below and clicking on the "Free Download" image. Follow the prompts and install CrossLoop on your PC or laptop:
When prompted, select "Run" and follow the prompts.
2. Start CrossLoop Double click the CrossLoop icon on your desktop or Quick Launch task bar. Once CrossLoop launches, click on the "Share" tab and make a note of the "Access Code"
3. Call Guardian Networks (949-x-.375-x-.0299), ask for support and give the engineer the Access Code in "step 2" above.
