In the world of IT, there are often problem and projects that can't be done or done easily via remote access. A typical example would be printing problems.
Furthermore, we believe it is important that keep first person contact with clients and their employees. so that they feel they not only personally know the people supporting their system, but that they feel confortable calling a familiar person whwn they need assistance.
Therefore, we provide, at no additional cost, either weekly or bi-weekly visits to you office or premises. We check with every user to see if they are having any problems that need to be addressed. While there, we check the status of the servers, if any, and the workstations to make sure there are unusual errors or issues, and that all the srvice packs, patches and updates have been applied.
Each visits last up to half a day, depending on the number of users and volume of work needed, however if more time is necessay to get things done, we will gladly stay as long as it takes to make sure everything is fixed and that all problems are taken care of.
