Behind every successfull company, there is a successful support infrastructure -- be it in sales, customer support or finance. The same principle applies to the IT envornonment. You can't have a properly working network, website, email, or even somthing as simple as a printer or internet access without a solid support team behind it. Furthermore, it is imperative to be able to access that support without having to muddle through a maze of calling options, voice mail and having to talk to several people who transfer your call numerous times before you evenget to talk to a support technician. And even then, it is often a matter of luck whether the person you are talking to has the faintest idea what you are talking about.
We, therefore, at Guardian Networks, take a pragmatic and proactive approach to IT support. We simply assign you your very own support technician who has years of experience in networking and particularly troubleshooting and we give you his/her direct mobile number. If you encounter a computer problem, you call him/her and get answers right then and there. No phone system navigation, no waiting for someone to call you back, no awkward explaining of what your network topology is like and what the porblem is. It's that simple. You have a problem. Your support engineer looks into it and explains it to you in plain English and then goes about solving it.
This is no different if you had a full time network administrator on staff in the office next to you. Except you don't have to pay a full-time salary, benefits, sick-time, well...you get the idea. Furthermore, your dedicated GN support engineer is available 24x7. So if your server goes down at 2:00 AM and your remote office in Barceloa can't log in, well you call us. If we can't fix the problem remotely, we will get to your site or where the servers are, usually in a data center, and we do so within minutes, since we are centrally located in Orange County, and none of our customers is more than a 30-minute drive away. That's how we define "support" and that's how we've been supporting our customers, and done so very successfully, we might add, and that's how we would like to keep it.
